About us
Enseignio Design is an independent French business specialising in websites for shops and craftspeople. Our method has two steps: automated tools prepare the layout from your information, then a person reviews and checks every website before it goes live. The tools save hours of work and the review guarantees the result: that is how we keep prices fair and deliver your website in two weeks.
Your questions
When do I pay?
Only when the complete mock-up of your website suits you. You first receive three free proposals, then the complete mock-up, which we change as many times as needed. You then pay in one go, online or by bank transfer, and we put your website online.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from receiving your content (questionnaire and photos), depending on how quickly you give feedback on the mock-up.
What do I need to provide?
Very little: we start from what you already publish. You complete a pre-filled form and send your photos if you wish.
For an online shop, how do I add my products?
With the three proposals, you receive an Excel spreadsheet of your products to fill in and email back to us. You can also put it in Google Sheets: your website’s stock then updates by itself, within 30 minutes.
How does going live work?
After payment, you receive a guide and a checklist. You book hosting and a domain name in your own name, then create an FTP access just for the website (never your main password) and email it to us, with the password in a second email. Your website then goes live automatically, within two weeks of payment.
What if I don’t like the mock-up?
You pay nothing. The proposals and the mock-up are free, and we change it as many times as needed.
Does the website belong to me?
Your domain name, hosting, texts and photos belong to you. On payment, you receive the right to use and develop your website freely; we only keep the option of reusing the layout for other businesses, never your content.
How do I change my website later?
Write to us: you receive a preview of the change with its price, reply “I approve”, and it goes live straight away. With monthly care, two changes a month are included, then €10 per change; without it, €20 per change. One change can cover several edits (opening hours, a price, a photo, a closure…).
